• Layout: Decent design with unique features like the waterfall, but it’s no longer functioning.
• Tee Boxes: In such poor shape that temporary turf boxes were installed.
• Greens: Destroyed, patchy, and yellow.
• Condition: Overall, the course is falling apart and feels neglected.
• Staff: Friendly during check-in but not helpful beyond that.
• Amenities: Restaurant closed for “renovations.”
This course has significant potential but is currently in horrible shape.
